Terry strives to "effectively teach to a divers group of learners through individualized instruction to encourage learning and further develop each student's thinking." He embraces diversity as an asset and uses it to develop understanding and gain a better perspective of his student's needs. His biggest goal is to make a difference in his students learning and lives and give his students "the opportunity to make a difference within their community."
